Spencer Health and Fitness Center has been Hilo's premiere facility since our opening in 1979.  Under the leadership of Sheldon Spencer since then, Spencer Health and Fitness has had numerous accomplishments and awards in our community.  Our goal has always been to be an active participant in providing a health care service for Hawaii Island.

We invite  you to come view our facility and see the latest in equipment technology.  Spencers has something for nearly every form of training, and for anyone, from beginners to professional athletes.  We have worked hard to build relationships within our community and promote healthy lifestyles and active living.
